[OZAPRS] IMPORTANT - Changes to VKAPRS-IS servers

Folks,

As part of a restructure in the way that the two main VKAPRS-IS servers 
interconnect with the global APRS network, some changes are in the process

of being made, the biggest impact on you as a user, being that some of the

port numbers are changing to align with the global TIER-2 standard.

Once the port changes have been implemented, our servers will join the 
global TIER-2 network, giving improved redundancy and port-compatibility.

The following information affects BOTH aprs.net.au AND second.aprs.net.au

Phase 1:
- Port 10153 (VK/ZL Feed) will be RELOCATED to Port 14579
- Port 10154 (ZL Only Feed) will be RELOCATED to Port 14578
- Port 10155 (SatGate Feed) will be RELOCATED to Port 10149     (Tx Only)
- Port 10158 (IRLP Node Status) will be RELOCATED to Port 14570 (Tx Only)
- Port 10160 (Wx Feed) will be RELOCATED to Port 2323

There are also three NEW ports available that use your position (anywhere
in 
the world) as the basis for a range filter:
- Port 14575: Your Position + 1000km Radius
- Port 14576: Your Position + 500km Radius
- Port 14577: Your Position + 100km Radius

These new and replacement ports are now active on both servers. Please 
update any configurations you have using the OLD ports to use the NEW
ports 
as soon as practical to avoid problems during Phase 2 of this restructure.

Port 14580 (User defined filter) will remain unchanged.

Phase 2 will be implemented in 2-3 weeks (if not sooner), depending on how

soon the majority of users change to the new ports, and will align the
ports 
on our servers with the global standard, as shown below:

Phase 2:
- Port 10153: VK/ZL Feed with 30 minute History dump
- Port 10154: USA Feed
- Port 10155: European Feed
