[OZAPRS] 30m noises

I noticed tonight a signal on the 30m channel that sounds pretty off..
Sounds like RF feedback .. I cant get a decode on it for peanuts .. Ive
heard this over a couple of nights infact..

Its not me and its not 3MY-4 so its sombody else .. Ive recently had
nightmares with RF getting back into the gear but got it sorted with some
help from a fello APRSer with some fancy tricks..

Check your transmitions folks .. Somebody isnt too clean on 30m ..
