[OZAPRS] Cleanup of ports on VKAPRS-IS

OK I see you in there now on 14580 on second.aprs.net.au, but there is no
filter defined for your connection.

(The problem with your status page is the link back from the APRS-IS
servers
is being blocked at your end)

http://second.aprs.net.au:14501/

I notice Joe  VK5UJ  is running aprsd-2.2.3 and has a filter defined on
port
14580, so it is possible for aprsd to do this....   Not sure if Joe is on
this
list though.....   Joe ?????
