I am running the Gate on there still with pretty regular beacons and
objects transmitted.. Even the odd selected VHF mobile .. Thursday and
friday was busy on there but its been pretty odd conditions at times and
very noisy..
 
Today (saturday) I have 5EX 2XCI 3JFK 3ECV 3KQT  although the ssids are
not correct these are the callsigns..
 
I am running 5AH-4 Gateway in Adelaide and if you send a message to 5AH-4
like "MH 2" (without the quotes) it will give you a heard list from this
end.. The STAT command will give you a brief system status report. DX 2
will give you a DX report for the HF port. 
 
I will probably change back to 30m after sunday night unless someone wants
to keep fiddling on 40m..
 
Here is an extract of a email I was trying to send on thursday/friday when
the mail list was down..
 
VK5AH-4 is running Digi_Ned and Gates HF to VHF here essentially.. If you
run ECHO or TUNE then it will echo back on HF .. If you run ECHO,WIDE or
ECHO,WIDE2-2 then it will echo on HF and also pass to VHF and the IGate in
Adelaide .  If you run GATE,WIDE or GATE,anything then it will pass to VHF
and the Igate as well..

The setup here is a TS680 running about 45w out into a Off Centre fed
dipole
thru a MFJ tuner
The HF TNC is a PK232, the VHF is a MFJ 1270B, The Digi_Ned box is a old 2
port 286 toshiba T1600 laptop
