[OZAPRS] FT-107M and HF APRS

Hi Richard,
I'm there too..but still (having fun) sorting the ax25/aprsd/xastir 
combination.
The 145.175 is back on aprsd for the moment.
And I've put HF on UI-View, just until I get this other stuff sorted out.
