[OZAPRS] VKMAIL server observation

This may well be a perfectly normal operation but I just saw something odd
about my posit.. It re-emerged from the Igate here directly after I sent a
test message out on the VKMAIL server..

The process isnt entirely foreign.. Ive seen Posits for other stations
like
the other email servers outside the country do the same thing directly
after
using them.. I suspect this is normal APRSD behavior..
