It is reasonable to expect that all digitally synthesised amateur
transceivers are referenced to a TCXO with at least 5ppm or better
stability.  At 10MHz, your actual frequency should be within 50Hz of the
display frequency.

As a quick check, have a listen to WWV on 15MHz.  First listen on USB...
then switch to LSB.  Ideally, you shouldn't be able to tell the difference
between LSB or USB.

(If WWV sounds different on USB versus LSB, it _might_ be the TCXO
reference
needs to be tweaked.  Or, it might be something else, depending on the
specifics of your rig.  You'll have to consult the service manual for that
one).


By the way, many 5ppm TCXOs can be replaced with a 1ppm TCXO which is pin
compatible, for around $40 to $80...  but this is probably overkill at
10MHz
and below.
