Sorry to not have your email address to contact you direct but I believe
whilst it maybe deliberate the possibly is an error in beacon.
 
I am seeing
VK3WRM>APU25J,GATE.W,qAo,VK4BBS:=I_g;2rGPv& BHF & VHF Igate
 
Which as you can see has GATE.W 
 
I believe that this should be GATE.WIDE please correct me if I am wrong
but this certainly is what you are transmitting out on HF.
