[OZAPRS] 7.036 LSB please use 300 baud on HF not 1200 baud as usedon VHF.

Hi 
 
I can at this moment hear someone on 7.036 LSB using 1200buad please note
that if you are trying to get in to the gateway 300 baud is used on HF.
 
Not sure if the station is trying or not as cannot get any info from it.

PS: 7.036 LSB Gateway was down Saturday due to power out and will be on
again next weekend from Friday evening through to Sunday evening.
