[OZAPRS] HF TXdelays question

I was wondering what sort of TXdelays are being run on HF ? On my various
setups I am using about 400mS .. Also a TXtail of about 90mS .. This was a
starting point or guide I was given a while back..

Considering some may be using squelched radios etc then whats the norm
with
TXdelay ? Would be interested on some comments on this because from what I
can tell it does seem to matter..
