I'd hate to think of the paperwork nightmare that that would involve.. -
maintaining stat dec's or the like, for every map that is submitted, where
the submitter is declaring that either they drew the map themselves, or
that
it is in the public domain and free for use..  That's a lot of hassle for
a
free service..
