[OZAPRS] HF Gates

Ive got a GATE running again here.. Its not beaconing on HF at present but
its certainly gating from HF to VHF and to the IGATE..

Its a new combo setup using my old PK232 and Digi_Ned into a MFJ ..

Will leave this running a while and see if it helps..
