[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS Network Update

Hi All,

It looks as if VK3RMD-1 stopped operating around 7:30 last night.

This will have an impact on IGate traffic from VK3SB. IGate traffic to
VK3SB will not be effected.

When I get time I’ll head up to the site to see if I can figure out the
problem and restart it.
