There is also the VK Radio forum list catering for ALL aspects of AR, CB
and
SWL   (including APRS) at  http://forum.radiocorner.net

The forums are not a replacement for the email lists, but an easy to use
discussion medium.  I imagine that relitively few APRS users are actually
on
this list.
