[OZAPRS] smart beaconing on HF

Gday all,
 
I wonder whether anyone has thought of an optimum set of parameters to use
when using smart beaconing on HF. ie TT3 , etc. Ive been scratching my
head a bit with the optimum corner pegging parameters !!. I guess the real
important issue is to under all circumstances keep the maximum beacon
rates to once every 10 minutes or so.
