FW: [OZAPRS] aprs.net.au and second.aprs.net.au

We have been seeing ongoing issues with aprs.net.au for a couple of months

now, and have been working closely with both the author of the server 
package and the bandwidth provider to determine the cause of the issues.

We are still working on this problem, and as I have mentioned before, we 
will let everyone know when it is resolved.
