[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS Symposium - An Idea

Hello Richard,
 
I attended the first APRS day and I have APRS operating from home. Other
than turning on the PC and seeing my own beacon I have no idea what the
next step is to take. A day or at least a session on practical operation
like setting up the software with the right boxes ticked etc etc for the
home and mobile operation would be a great help to me and others. 
 
1.	Explaining the HF Gateway??? 
2.	And using it with other software like Winpack. 
3.	Setting UI View (what I use) on different operatng systems like
Linux and XP etc
 
These are a few suggestions.

There has been some request expressed to me about having a second APRS
Symposium VK3.
 
I would like to gauge your interest on whether you would be happy to
attend a second APRS Symposium, and what subjects you would like to be
covered.
 
So if you think a second APRS Symposium is worth while please email me
expressing your interest and with any subject suggestions.
