[OZAPRS] 30m Traffic.

I switched from 40m to 30m earlier than usual tonight at around 0400z.
Hearing a few stations in and out of the noise but first to decode is 
VK3MY-3 at 0538z. Around S2 - 3. Fortunately background noise level at 
this location doesn't move the s meter.
