[OZAPRS] Possible downtime on second.aprs.net.au

Folks,

There is a possibility that second.aprs.net.au may become unavailable
during 
the day due to some network changes where it is housed....

If it dissappears, don't worry too much - It will be back by the end of
the 
day.   aprs.net.au will take over quite happily, hopfully transparent to
all 
users :-)
