[OZAPRS] aprs telemetry

A few station a sending aprs telemetry.  While the graphs on findu are a
good indication of 
trending it currently only shows raw values and not scaled or actual
values.

I have not seen mention of aprsworld on this list previously so here are
some examples for 
interest.

More readable I think.  Graphing the data would be even better.
