With the number of synthesised transceivers dominating, the use of
specific frequencies or "channels" is becoming quite popular on HF Amateur
Bands.

Would 40m be a better choice for the lunchtime sked? The 40m frequency
is 7087.5. Please try calling there during the day for testing.
