[OZAPRS] HF Igates

There are a couple of HF gateways in Melb using 30mts 10.149lsb  and 40mts
7.039lsb
I have a HF gateway on 7.039mhz using AGW packet engine  here in Cobram
but
on air only sometimes due to the lack of users it appears not to many use
HF.
