[OZAPRS] GPS Time

There are a lot arround... I use TAC32, which is semi-commercial, and
available from www.tapr.org...

Since the GPSII+ uses NMEA you can connected it to the PC and just decode
the time yourself... Commlinx.com.au has a good NMEA document
