Subject: [OZAPRS] New ports on second.aprs.net.au

All,

There are now two additional ports available on second.aprs.net.au to
provide specialised data streams.

10154 provides a "ZL Only" feed
10155 provides an ARISS/PCSAT Feed.

An explanation of port 10155...
This port will pass any packet that has been DIGIPEATED via RS0ISS,
W3ADO-1
or PCSAT, and will also pass frames FROM W3ADO-1, PCSAT-11, PCSAT-12
(These
are mainly telemetry).

Example of the data from port 10155:
-------------------------------------
WA1KAT>BEACON,W3ADO-1*,WIDE,SGATE,qAR,WB8NUT:=4239.70N/070557.02W/-ROGER

WB5HJV-9>DAVE,W3ADO-1*,qAS,VE9GFI-1:=2936.87N/09514.59W/- Dave in SE

N9FLX-1>APRSPC,W3ADO-1*,qAS,VE9GFI-1::ALL :INDY TOO COLD TO WATER
SKI!

PCSAT-11>BEACON,SGATE,qAS,VE9GFI-1:T#009,074,038,048,102,213,11111111,0000

W3ADO-1>BEACON,SGATE,qAS,N8XHZ-1:T#027,093,075,047,251,213,11111110,0010,1
N9FLX-1>APRSPC,W3ADO-1*,qAR,WX4LWX::ALL      :de N9FLX INDIANAPOLIS,IN.
EM69WT *(ransom?)*
W3ADO-1>BEACON,SGATE,qAR,N8JCN-1:T#029,015,025,045,113,213,11111111,0000,1
W3ADO-1>BEACON,SGATE,qAr,KA0MOS:T#032,156,156,048,208,213,11111111,0011,1

PCSAT still appears to be OFF when it is in darkness, and most satgates
are
in Europe and the USA,
so be prepared for quite long periods of 'nothing' on port 10155. It is
working, you just need to be patient ;-) Looks like we need a few more
SATGATES down under for PCSAT... pretty quiet down here.
If you are set up as a satgate, you can feed your downlink data into port
10155 as well.

So, anyone interested in tracking only stations using the satellites,
10155
is for you!

Regards,
Geoff  VK2XJG
