[OZAPRS] Upgrade of server complete

Great idea Geoff.

Think Joe 5UJ is looking into establishing a sat igate here.
Currently he is the VK5 igate while 5BBS is offline.
When BBS is back online in the next week or two, he will then have
a port available for a sat igate.
