[VK2-APRS] upgrade of second.aprs.net.au

Folks,

Over the coming few days I will be performing some upgrades to
second.aprs.net.au.

The upgrade should not take long, and hopefully will be smooth, however
connections to the server may be disrupted while the upgrade is in
progress.
This *should* be transparent as aprs.net.au should take over the load ;-P

The upgrade is to a different server package, and shoudl resolve the
issues
with hanging connections to the 10153 filter ports that made the system
busy
over christmas.

I'll post again here when the upgrade is complete.
