[OZAPRS] VK3 and Mount Gambier APRS

Hi Joe,

VK3 and Mt Gambier APRS is on 144.900Mhz.
You should get good APRS coverage for most of your trip.
Mobiles in VK3 should set their beacon rate to 2 minutes due to RF traffic
levels.
You're path of RELAY,WIDE3-3 is good for MtGambier and will get you to the
IGate in Melbourne. But when you get to the Grampians you can change it to
RELAY,WIDE2-2 to get to the IGate. One again a longer than nessasary path
will generate excess RF traffic.
