[VK2-APRS] VK2RMR digipeater issues

Folks,
 
The WIDE digipeater at VK2RMR-1 has been having a few problems with its
coverage recently.  It has not been hearing the Igate or local traffic,
and it's own beacons are not making it to the network.
 
All traffic in and out of Sydney is temporarily being carried from the
Igate directly to VK2JPJ-1 until the issues with RMR are resolved.
