Hi Mike,
 
I reckon it's a pretty safe bet that he's operating on the international
30m APRS frequency pair of 10.1492 & 10.1494 MHz, hence the suppressed
carrier at 10.1476, with 1600Hz and 1800Hz tones.
 
By the way, I've added two hyperlinks to the bottom of
http://vk6.aprs.net.au/hf.htm, for jumping straight to the Hourly Area
Predictions for HF centred on Perth or on Brisbane.  (10MHz seems to
always be represented in light green).

The vk3 h.f. gateway has now shifted frequency to 10.147.60Mhz USB, all
