Hi All
These are region 2 frequencies they don't fit with the region 3 band
plan. So are not much good for ZL VK we may have to wait till 2009 for a
new world wide band plan for 7Mhz to get every body on the same
frequency.

Its good to see the discussion on 7 mhz aprs,

Has anyone found an "international" allocation for 7Mhz gateways?

I don't have a problem moving from 7039 although it may require me to
replace a crystal if its "too far" from 7039. First though we all need
to listen to insure that the frequency we choice is clear enough for ALL
of vk & zl.

Once we select a frequency will should stay there for better or worse as
I suspect that a few people will make use of crystal locked radios for
both gateways and mobiles. I feel that it's better to leave a cheaper
ex-commercial radio in your car that a expense synthesized radio.

Cheers All
