Hi

Are you doing your Christmas shopping?

I am in retail and its a hard slog for us out there working long hours,
often not paid, and it is getting worse each and every year.
Each year people in retail have to put up with a some not so pleasant and
not so understanding customers and this number is growing.

When shopping this Christmas spare a thought for the person on the other
side of the counter just give them a smile, say thanks and if you feel
like it wish them a cheerful happy Christmas I assure you from personal
experience it goes a long way and customers doing so a far and few between
these days.

We have to work our little, or not so little in my case, butts off and
still be in the Christmas Spirit come Christmas Day for our families this
can be hard to do at times, a smile and a friendly word of thanks from you
to person trying hard to serve and get things right for you will go along
way towards helping us, the retail behind the counter person.

Everyone do have a really wonderful Christmas do enjoy every minute of it.
