Standard disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer and I generally avoid
watching them on TV.

What you have more likely bought is a licence allowing you to use the maps
in a manner dictated by the owners.
You'll have to read it to see what it allows or prevents.
Putting them on web pages is getting into that grey area of publishing.
