[OZAPRS] OziAPRS - APRS for OziExplorer

I have updated my APRS for OziExplorer software (AKA OziAPRS) and
updated the web site
http://www.radio-active.net.au/web/gpsaprs/oziaprs.html. For those that
have not used OziExplorer, it has some of the most extensive mapping
tools of any of the consumer level tools on the market.

The OziAPRS software allows OziExplorer to be used with APRS. It also
allows you to import positions of stations through automated GPS
tracking devices, such as those using radio or GPRS trackers. Since I
emailed last about it I have implemented a few more features, such as
adding more information to the descriptions of waypoints, adding weather
information to waypoints when available, implementing detail windows for
waypoints, having different colours for different waypoint types (Moving
waypoints, static waypoints, weather stations) and having decaying
colours for waypoints allowing the newest icons to be most easally
identified.
