[OZAPRS] radio installation in a hatchback

Hi OZAPRSers,

Does anyone have experience with installing radios (eg TM-D700A + GPS)
into hatchbacks or station wagons? 

I'm looking for ideas on where to locate the body of the radio itself, 
and how to actually secure it there. My best thought so far is under the
passenger seat, but I'm not sure how I can actually secure it there.

What about mounting the antenna? A trunk lid mount won't work since
there's no flat trunk to use.
